Katie graduated from Pembroke College, Cambridge in 2011, with a BA in English Literature. During her three years at Cambridge, Katie played principal harp for the Cambridge University Chamber Orchestra, the City of Cambridge Symphony Orchestra and variously for Jesus, Trinity, Clare, Queens, Pembroke and Kings College Music Societies. She also premiered a work for harp, clarinet and contemporary dancers (playing the harp part rather than the dance part, sadly!) as part of Professor Robin Kirkpatrick's Dante Project, which was called back for a second performance series in 2010, due to popular demand. Katie played principal harp for the Cambridge University Opera Society in Tchaikovsky's Eugene Onegin, in 2009, and in Debussy's Pelleas and Melisande, in 2010. She also played for the award winning Shadwell Society in their production of Britten's A Midsummer Night's Dream both in Cambridge and at the Edinburgh Festival.
Katie plays beautiful music and is perfect for rceptions, weddings and corporate events requiring an added touch of class.

The Events Team at the University of Cambridge Development Office has worked with Katie on a number of occasions. It has always been a pleasure working with Katie; her music, coupled with her professionalism has been hugely appreciated by our guests and has fitted in very well with the type of events we organise.
If you want to add a touch of class to your special occasion, I would highly recommend these two wonderful musicians. Proficient from start to finish, I dare you to find more accommodating and accomplished professionals than these two. Ten out of ten!
